Most neurotoxin results will last 3-4 months, although every client's outcomes will vary per person.
Neurotoxin Process
At Emerald Aesthetics, Stephanie prides herself in providing a client-centered approach to every cosmetic procedure she offers. Each client is individually evaluated by Stephanie to determine their appropriate regional treatment based on anatomy, age, muscle strength and your unique cosmetic goals.
Prior to any injection, Stephanie will walk you through the injection process, review your medical history, discuss an informed consent and answer any questions you may have.
Post-treatment expectations: Full efficacy / results in two weeks, although effects may set in sooner for some clients (as soon as 48 hours for Jeuveau!), mild bruising / pinpoint bleeding are possible, avoid excess heat / exercise / NSAIDs / limit alcohol intake for 48 hours. Avoid lying flat for 4-hours post-injection.

Contraindications
BOTOX Cosmetic and all botulinum toxin products are contraindicated in clients with known hypersensitivity to any botulinum toxin preparations or to any of the components in the formulation.
DYSPORT is contraindicated in patients with known true cow’s milk protein allergy. Clients with true allergy to eggs, egg products or albumin, true dairy allergy (Dysport injection recipient only), significant autoimmune or neurological disease, pregnant or breastfeeding clients, those with history of hypersensitivity or reaction to injectables/fillers or their ingredients, poorly controlled diabetics, infected, inflammation or open wounds near the injection site or those under the influence of drugs or alcohol shall not be permitted to proceed with injectable Cosmetic treatments.
Administration of BOTOX Cosmetic and all botulinum toxin products is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. There is no evidence-based research formally refuting or condoning the use of BOTOX Cosmetic during pregnancy or breastfeeding, as it is unethical to study cosmetic application in this protected class of individuals. It is not known whether this drug is excreted in human breast milk.
